What this site collects
If you send the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, preferred language, topic, and any message you type. We use it only to call you back. Please do not include confidential details in the form; it is not confidential until an attorney-client relationship exists.
Measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to count visits and taps on the call, WhatsApp, and form buttons. Google receives technical data such as device type, approximate location, and pages viewed. We do not send names, phone numbers, or form contents to Google. You can block this with a browser setting or extension; the site works without it.
WhatsApp, phone, and email
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email, the message travels through that provider under its own privacy terms. The office keeps messages related to a consultation or a case in the client file.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your information with marketing companies. We do not use chatbots that record conversations. We do not place advertising cookies from other companies.
Storage
Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider (Netlify) and in the office email account. Client files are kept under the firm's file-retention policy and the Wisconsin Rules of Professional Conduct.
Your choices
